My mother lived on a dairy farm, and my dad's father ran a grain elevator. The Depression of the 1930's drove them into the city. I grew up in suburbia, feeling very out of place and longing to live out in the country. I ended up working in an office till my children grew up. By then I felt too tired out to go pioneering. I moved within cycling distance of real working farmland and now spend a lot of time exploring and taking photographs and working at my community garden space. I am fascinated by website building. Here on the internet I have finally my found my farm in the country.
